Case Study: Cllctivly - Unified Community Engagement Platform

Cllctivly is a consolidated, interactive platform we built to replace multiple static sites, enabling seamless community initiatives, event registration, donations, and member management, all within one application.

The Challenge
  • The previous Cllctivly web presence consisted of multiple static sites with negligible backend.
  • Each initiative maintained its own website, causing fragmented user experiences.
  • No backend meant no dynamic user interactions, event sign-ups, or donation processing.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a fully interactive frontend and robust backend to centralize all community activities:
  1. Unified Platform: Merged 5 static initiative sites into one scalable application.
  2. Membership Management: Added 3 membership tiers to cater to diverse user roles and access levels.
  3. Feature-Rich Modules: Enabled profile creation, organization approval, event posting & registration, and donation campaigns, all in one place.
  4. Key Integrations:
    • Google Maps for accurate event/location discovery
    • Stripe for direct donation processing
    • Stripe Connect to auto-provision merchant accounts for approved organizations
  5. Admin Dashboard: Created role-based admin tools for content moderation, membership approvals, and financial oversight.
